Natural Geographic is a lo-fi folk rock band from Louisville, Kentucky. They blend together a sound that is dark & folky but also with obviously punk inflluences. If you are into WOODS then you will probably like this. The band has members of other Louisville bands BLACK CROSS, SAPAT & PHANTOM FAMILY HALO. The other side of this record features Jonathan Glen Wood who is a singer-songwriter who was born and raised in the rural outskirts of Charleston WV, but now bases himself out of Louisville. His songs are the product of an Appalachian upbringing, a sincere love of country and folk music, and life that has left him with stories to share. |
